When creating a poll or survey, it is important to ask questions directly and always use precise and direct language. You should always go straight to the main point. Lastly, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of your survey, it is advisable to test the validity of your instrument whether it is a poll or a survey. Basically, reliability can be assessed with the test-retest method, internal consistency method, alternative form method, internal consistency method and inter0rater reliability test.
